Check the c:\windows\windowsupdate.log file on each computer.
Are you using GPO in an AD environment.
You posted a bit map, so I did not want to download it to view.

Can you access the system to see whether it is on or the Tablet PC may have been off for this long.

 You can also save below as fixwsus.cmd and run on client to see if it will now report status.

What happens if you use one of those system and access windows update?

The errors in your log deal with failure to download the updates.
http://www.wsus.info/forums/index.php?showtopic=6193

Double check that the IIS configuration for the package retrieval are correct.
Since you are using the custom port(8530) you will still need to create the virtual directory under port 80
cscript WSUSInstallationDrive:\program files\microsoft windows server update services\setup\InstallSelfupdateOnPort80.vbs
WSUSInstallationDrive=Drive where installed
that last comment made no sence, PLease be very very clear in the instructions. I really need step by step instructions
thank you
1. Click start
2. Click Run
3. Type  cscript "c:\program files\microsoft windows server update services\setup\InstallSelfupdateOnPort80.vbs"
4. Hit enter

No in the active directory I still am not seeing computers. it still behaves as if it is broken please help
