Infopath active view email


I'm having a problem with an Infopath form incorrectly rendering in Outlook. I've set a submit option to 'send active view' of form to email address. When the form appears in inbox, the formatting is totally different, text appearing squashed etc. I've totally changed the forms layout, made she I split it up into cells properly, but the problem remains.  

I'm using 'send active view' because the people that need to see the information don't have InfoPath installed. Can anyone let me know if they have had the same issue, if so, how you got around it. See attached screenshot to help you understand the problem.
