Out Of Office not working for some users

We are having trouble with our Out Of Office reply not working. If you set the assistant to "out of the office", and set a message, it won't reply internally or externally. Funny enough, the administrator account works fine though.

The following has been checked.
setting under Global Settings >Internet Message Formats , And right click 'default' (in the right hand pane), Select Properties > Advanced
Tick the 'allow out of office responses' box
Click apply/OK

Have you tried using Outlook Web Access to test this?

Checking whether there is a client issue or a server issue.

Log into Outlook Web Access with a user that this does not work with, select Options and at the top is the OOF settings. Try that and reply here...

the one user that is having the problem is the one that I logged into OWA to check the settings. OOF is turned on but no message is sent out
