How to forward email to more than 1 recipient.

I currently have an SBS 2003 domain controller that is hosting Excahnge 2003 email service.  The ceo of our company wants his email to be forwarded to an outside pop3 server, which is currently set up in the "forwarding box" in his delivery options of his user in active directory.  In the past emails were also being forwarded to his assistant's inbox by granting her permission in the same "Delivery Options" at the top of the screen.  After installing a member server running server 2003, standard R2 and sharing the AD for redundancy, the emails have quit forwarding to her inbox. He would like this to be restored without placing his "Inbox" in her Outlook folders.  How can I get a copy of his emails forwarded to her without removing the forward to his personal pop3 server?

You need to create a distribution group and add his pop contact as well as her email address to the distribution group. Then, you forward his mail to that distribution group and everyone gets the email.

Would you create an email address associated to the distribution group and would you make the group domain local or global?

with SBS it shouldn't matter but making it global doesn't hurt anything.

Do you create an exchange mailbox for the group?

Shouldn't be necessary if you're only using it for forwarding.
