I am implementing a virtual environment with VMware. I have tried to create a virtual server but some drivers will only work if I P2V them. I'm using MS Print Server Migrator.
I get this error when restoring the file that Print Migrator creates
Warning: kernel mode drivers (version 2) are blocked on the target machine. Disable kernel mode driver blocking and re-run printer migrator. ignoring this warning (cancel button) will result in driver instalation, but because they are kernel mode drivers - a serious problme with any dependent print queue could potenially bring down the system. selecting ok will result in restore termination.

have you tried using the vmware converter to perform the P2V?
