I just upgraded to Outlook 2007, during the upgrade it imported all of my mail folders and contact books and what not but I am missing my beloved x400 (.nk2) info, any way to get this all back?

Nickname file .NK2 is only used in Outlook, not Outlook Express (OE). So moving .NK2 file does not apply to OE.

Part of the nickname files consists of the address book. You can import OE address book to Outlook contacts list.

Sorry, but this cannot be done.
