Hi, it is worth updating Palm Desktop to the latest version as the data import feature is improved (assuming you still are using the old version that came with the device). &nbsp;Once updated in the Palm Desktop program folder you will see an option to change sync type and ensure it is set to Outlook. &nbsp;Once the data is in Outlook you will find Blackberry Desktop Manager on the CD that came with the device.
