iis server starting error

on my system i installed windows 2003 os and 2003 and 2005 and iis also.
when ever i start default web site it displays message "this process canot access this file because it is being used by another process"

I removed iis once , and installed again but the messages comes again.
anyone help me plz.

    From your picture Im thinking that someone set The sharepoint admin site to run on port 80; disable it and see if the Default Site will start.  If it is indeed not using port 80 then you need to run "netstat -ano" from the command line to see what is.
