Making a bitmap (JPG) fit EXACTLY into a cell in Table in Word 2007

What are the precise Table/Cell attribute setting and the image attribute setting to have an image fit exactly into a cell in a table in word.  I have uploaded a sample.

First, right click the picture and format it, under layout select in line with text. This will allow you to place it inside the cell perfectly. As far as making the cell to fit the picture, there will always, to my knowledge, be a border above and below the picture. This is because word sets aside space for between lines of text.

With the autofit to content button (right click the cell) it will snap to match the horizontal dimension. Vertical will have to be done manually. It you need to manually resize pictures, word, unlike other programs should default to maintain your ratios automatically. If you don't like the border poking out above and below the pictures you could always format the table to remove the borders as well.
