    Assisted Solution

Create a deny rule above your internet access rule to deny based on content types. (You have to create the rule using the firewall rule wizard as normal and edit it afterwards) Select Audio and Video in the content types tab to block the downloads.

    Accepted Solution

i would suggest to configure http policy for rule:
right click on the rule create for internal to external
    select configure HTTP
go to tab extensions, select block specified extensions (allow all others)
start to add all extensions you want to block
    like .mp3, .mp4, .exe...etc
here's two snapshots that might help

Using 'Content Types' will allow you to block by MIME type as well as the extensions. Besides, ISA already have most of these extensions defined under Audio and Video content groups anyway.
