Visualize permissions fileserver

I need to be able to run a report regarding permissions on the fileserver (W2003):
1. On username to see where this user has access AND to see of which groups this user is a member of.
2. On folder name to see who has Read and/or Write permissions

I've tried some tools but can't seem to find a decent solution. I've also had a look at the CACLS command but I'm hoping to find a nice tool that can do this.

For the second part, you can see that in Active Directory. Simply open the properties of the user account and select the 'Member of'-tab.
2. On folder name to see who has Read and/or Write permissions
