Hi all,

I have an old work laptop and when I go to display properties to try change the screen save all the fields are greyed out and I cannot change anything.. I think maybe this was set by the group policy?

Is there a way? probably in the registry? where I can "unlock" the screensaver?

You'll need to set the DWORD value "ScreenSaveActive" to 1 to enable the screen saver settings tab

I have found an article that could help you:
Note, you can do this using Start - run - regedit - enter.
Find the key and go on with instructions.
