What's the source code you are using now?  Website to Fill Screen might help somewhat.  But depending on the width of the images & your layout, the images might drop on top of another or cause a horizontal scroll bar

I can merge into one.  They are about an inch tall and about 7 inches wide (All three together)  This sounds like a great idea.  Is this how it is usually done?  I am a Db guy that want to be a web guy and REALLY new at it.

Do you have an image editor?  If not, try GIMP.

As above - it depends.  I don't think I would do it and I am not as worried about how it looks on a user's browser as some people are.  There are way too many factors to consider - as I gave a few examples in my other post.  You really cannot try to build a website to complement all resolutions, since you don't know what tool bars that might be open or if the user has the browser maximized or set to a lower resolution.  I usually say a website is developed, not designed.  Designing something - usually the artist want some very specifics.
Of course, with you putting them side by side, you might have cause some browsers to have a horizontal scroll bar.
