PerformancePoint? BI Solution --- Pass Store Procedure Dynamically Graph
I need a way to filter and graph dynamically upon filtered data. It would be a stored procedure. I know PerformancePoint is available for free for Enterprise license holders but it will be more complex than what is currently needed. Would PerformancePoint allow a simple stored procedure to be passed to dynamically be graphed? If so, or if not, what other recommendations would you have to show stored procedure results by using filters to show in a graph? It would eventually be rolled out to 3,000 users where they can see there overall performance so Excel services may not be a route. Thanks
p.s sql analysis service is not installed or configured. dba doesn't want to either.

You should definitely implement PerformancePoint. It will easily handle what you are requesting with the built in webparts. It may seem more advanced than what you need now, but you will quickly find that it will handle more than just reporting and will make your life easier.

Ok. Is SSAS required to use PerformancePoint? How could I supply a store procedure--for it then to provide filters to then output to a dynamic chart/graph? Thanks
