Upgrading SQL 2005 to SQL 2008

I'm using the upgrade tool on SQL 2008 to upgrade SQL Server 2005 ENT to SQL Server 2008 ENT. When i do the install i get two errors. Errors and Logs attatched. Im installing from an MDSN DVD subscrpition disk.

didn't find log and error attached. moreover, rather than upgrading, why don't you detach DB and after installation of 2008 ENT, attach DB. or backup/restore?

I have strong doubt about your source. Is it perfect? I think some file are missing in it.

its from microsoft, id expect it to be

do one thing. try to find sqmapi.dll file in your cd/dvd. if it is not there than we can be sure that source is corrupted.

I can't see full path in your search screen, could you please confirm that you have at the same place which you can see in first error message?
