Can I send labels with appointments in Outlook 2003?

I was just wondering if it's possible to create/send an appointment (with a colored label) so that it will be marked that color on the recipients' calendars?  I thought at first this was the default behavior, but it's not working, and when I started searching, it appears that labels only apply to your own calendar (i.e. you can't set labels for other people's calendars, even if you're creating the appointment)... just want to make sure this is accurate, and if not, find out what's wrong.

Hi, epitec.

yes, that's the correct behavior.  Lables are specific to each person.
