Business has 2 offices, each with its own server and staic IP internet. Users need to access data from either server from any location (on-site or remote). I am considering a Sonicwall router with VPN to connect sites, and provide access for remote users. Is this the best solution, or should I consider something else?

VPN is the best and securest way to go.

Sonicwall will allow you to connect both sites and have indivdual VPN accounts to get a remote user connected to the local network.
