How to diagnose, and possibly fix, a corrupt ed program.

I am working on an VB6 project where I get an error with str() and Format() functions.  Older versions of the program work well.  What is the best way to diagnoise and fix this problem?

have you tried vba.str and vba.format?

It works, so thank you very much.  I can use this in the future, also.  By the way, my perception is that the "connection" to the program library got busted.  Is this a reasonable explanation of this and is there a way to reestablish this link?  (I do this in Access sometimes.)

Again, thank you.
