Sharepoint services: change file storage location

I'm using sharepoint services 3.0 on Windows 2003 server. It's installed on C drive, which is running out of room. How do I change it so that all files uploaded to it are stored on the D drive?

    did you use the default installation of wss 3.0 (i.e. with the embedded sql database?)
    i'm assuming this is true, and that it is the database that you need to move ... and not sharepoint itself.

    if this is indeed your situation, here is how to move the database files:

    That looks like it, I haven't tried it yet. The file path is a little bit different than what he mentions.
