MS OUTLOOK CRASH

My Outlook CRASH so often and sometimes I can't open it in safe mode neither. Somebody knows some command like "repair" or something like that to fix or make maintenance, to the Outlook?
O.S = MS WINDOWS XP PRO
MS OUTLOOK = 2003.

Hi,
Use Outlook with Switches to clean the profile http://outlook-tips.net/howto/commandlines.htm
Also make sure that there is no ADDIN causing any issues, remove all addins and try again.
