Symantec rejects message with attachments.

Symantec rejects email to one specific recepient.  We use POP3 hosted email.  No Exchange.  
When I send it to pop  Symantec antivirus window pops up and tells me it was undeliverable.
I uploaded the error message print screen.

Anyone saw that before?

Could you please let us know what is the version of Symantec Antivirus used in your environment.

Additionally you may try performing the below steps:

1. Open Norton Internet Security

2. On the Options menu, click Norton Antivirus

3. In the Norton AntiVirus Options window under Internet, click Email

4. Under What to scan, uncheck Scan outgoing email (Recommended)
Click OK

5. On the Options menu click Norton Internet Security

6. On the Email tab, under Email scanning, uncheck Tray icon

7. Under Email scanning, uncheck Progress Indicator
Click ok

8. On the Options menu click Norton AntiSpam

9. On the left side of the window, under Email, click Filtering

10. Uncheck Use outgoing email to improve Norton AntiSpam filtering (recommended)
Click OK

11. On the main Norton screen, disable Privacy Control
