I am having a serious problem about once a month that keeps occuring. <br />
&nbsp;I run a windows server 2003 box that is terminal server along with outlook express settings that use a smtp and no pop assigned.<br />

I assign each user a email account with their own creditinals. Then about a month later I have other employee accounts that show up and the original account is deleted. So I then have to delete all these accounts that show up and then go back in and recreate the user. This just started to happen about 3 months ago. Driving me crazy. I cannot find out why this is happenng. Crap I would give 5000 points if possible for a solution<br />
