Update PIX 515 Version 6.3(4) to PIX 515E version 7.2(3)

I have a new problem with PIX. I used old PIX 515 with version 6.3(4). I configured an other PIX model 515E with version 7.2(3).
The new pix is working in term of connectivity, Ip, access list etc.

My problem is on the new 515E with version 7.23, on some transactions from outside , I'm losing packets.....
I checked the Timeout connections parameters , they are the same on both PIXs.
Excepted on new &.23, I have more SIP parameters.....???
I don't understand why, I'm losing packets, do I have a disconnection, when I'm using my application some parts of the data's are fine, some parts are dropped!!!!

Do you have any idea???
The update from 6.34 to 7.23 can be done directly or do I have to pass through 7.01??
On the new PIX running 7.23, I don't see any information's in the log due to this issue...

Thanks in advance for all kind of solutions and details you will bring to me.
