9176 Error on Exchange server

I recieve the below error often on many of my Exchange 2003 servers. I do not have access to the DCs, however, what exactly is the error refering to? Besides that the DC needs to be rebooted, I think.

Event ID 9176....Source MSExchangeSA...Type Error

NSPI Proxy can contact Global Catalog <DC name and domain> but it does not support the NSPI service. After a Domain Controller is promoted to a Global Catalog, the Global Catalog must be rebooted to support MAPI Clients.  Reboot <DC name and domain> as soon as possible

    Assisted Solution

Ask whoever manages the domain controllers if they are recently changed one to a GC. If they have then they should have rebooted it immediately.
Exchange only talks to domain controllers and if you have restarted the server recently there is a good chance the DC/GC it is using is that one.
