Weblogic left taskpane can not be displayed

The taskpane was working ok, but now after deleteting the stand alone JRE 1.5 and installing JDK 1.5. the taskpane is gone. It has happened before but can't remember what I did then other than uninstalling the JRE and installing JRE all over again. This time, I dont have admin access to delete from Add/Remove for some days plus JDK was preferred and JRE manually deleted the reason being I needed the jar utility. I am actually working on deploying war files to weblogic

    Accepted Solution

If you already have JDK/JRE in your system, you could follow the steps mentioned in this link to enable it in your browser.

Ignore the word (vista etc) in this link. It gives the real details. :)

This will enable JRE support in your browser and you should be all set.

I actually reinstalled JDK as a whole. That fixed it. I am highly positive your advice will work fine. Thanks!!
