Windows hotkeys rebinding

How can i rebind hotkeys in Windows Xp? For example i want to bind "Minimize all of the windows" command with Superkey+D and "Display the desktop" command with Superkey+M. Or change deletion to Delete and sending to rec. bin to Shift+Delete.

Does it need to stay active in process list to make affect? Because i need to change the settings permanently, so they would work without any runnig program.
Hmmm....I believe it needs to stay active. It is free, you can always download and test it.

Ok. So how can i rebind permanent deletion command to "del" key and sending to recycle bin to "shift+del" combination?
Sorry, been away for a little while.... Shortcut keys looks to be only to manage new hotkeys for active processes.

I honestly dont know if you will be able to remap the DEL key... Talking about low level functions there.....

I will keep looking as I can.....
