How to use a serial port in Citrix Xen Server

I have a server that has a cisco console cable plugged into the citrix xen server. I cannot access the com from the guest vm. How do i do this? The server is in a locked cabinet and must be locally attached to the console.

    Have you mapped the Serial Port to the VM ?

    not sure how to do that, i dont see any options to map serial ports. IN the vm i can goto device manager and it does show a com1

    it cant be done as of yet in citrix xen from what ive been told after contacting their support group.
