I have a PC in my office and a Mac at home. I would like to be able to edit files that are stored in the office. I could setup another PC that just served the data, but would really like to be able to directly edit files from home remotely. I don't want to use any remote desktop programs, I would just like to be able to get to the files and open them on any computer.

I use skydrive from microsoft and save those items that I need to work from home and work up there!

You will need to create a windows live account which is free, and you have 25 GB of storage free!
