OMA not working across organization

I have two exchange 2007 servers, two sites. They are connected with a constantly up vpn tunnel.

Site B was just implemented and only has one mailbox currently. (mailboxA)
MailboxA cannot connect with OMA via, but when the mailbox is transferred back to SiteA, it works fine.

I'm missing something that's probably simple and silly.. ideas? OWA worked fine when the mailbox was at either site, or so it seemed. (

I'm thinking I have to point the phone to a new record, but i'm thinking there's something I have to do to make it seamless like owa.
