Word unable to print range of pages

User is unable to print a range of pages in Word 2007, e.g. pages 3-25. The total document is approximate 70 pages. User is able to print full document or selected pages.

Have rebooted computer and purged all the temporary files.

The issue occurs with any document on this computer. Other users do not have the issue.

Thanks,
Peter

Since the method is correct, the issue is elsewhere. Can this user print OK logged into another machine? If not, it is a profile issue. Simplest is to save his personal files (My Documents etc) then drop the profile and create a new one.

One thing to consider if you haven't already:
This usually occurs because there are various sections within the same document.  Is this the case with this user?  If so, then you must print the pages of the SECTIONS rather than the pages of the document.

For example:
To print nonadjacent pages or nonadjacent sections, type the page and section numbers, separated by a comma (,). For example, to print sections 3 and 5 (but not section 4), type s3,s5. To print pages 2 through 5 of section 3 and pages 1 through 4 of section 5, type p2s3-p5s3,p1s5-p4s5.

I agree, if the document  is in various sections the document will not print correctly. check the status bar for the section and page number. Below is a link that I use (with images) to print sections.
