Server 2008 - RDP Client Time Out Setting

How do you adjust the RDP Client Time Out in Windows Server 2008.   The server is setup for just Remote Administration mode not TS.  I have edited the Group Policy/Administrative Templates but the clients are still timing out at about 20minutes.   Any ideas appreciated.
