Web sense questions

Hi there,
I am just reading the admin guide book of web sense (the URL filtering software) for first time and i have a few questions, few confirmations I require ?

1. My understanding of the concept is this: We create a policy in which we select days, time, category set and protocol set. We can also create our own category set and protocol set and use default settings which will import all default category set/protocol set settings into our own created one ? Right ? Then to apply this policy on a network (or workstations individually) we assign them this policy ... Is my understanding correct ? that's question  # 1

2. Just to start things off, if i use global policy for all my workstations, would that be ok ? I mean, i wont have to do anything other than to create workstations and assign global policy to them and that's it ? no other tasks .... Right ?

3. Now I do see policies are taking category sets into account. But I dont see where is that list of websites that web sense has in its categories that it denies. Where can I see that list ? I'm in All Categories -> Abortion (sub category for example)  and then it shows only pro-choice and pro-monitor and not the exact sites

4. Now, suppose I have a workstation and i want to block its web access to website, where do i define it ? Similarly, If I want to allow it access, where do i define it ?

Will appreciate your help (if you can also answer step by step, that would be great !)
At the moment, I've an expired subscription and everything is greyed out and in monitor-only mode.
