Remote access to Paradox files

I have developed a WebSite in VS2005 which works perfectly on the localhost.  Now that I have deployed to the server, I simply cannot connect to the Paradox DB.

The BDE has been configured identically on the two machines.  I have tried creating ab Alias that uses the Standard Paradox driver and using a different connection string (for that driver) as well.  No joy.

Can you suggest anything else?

                <add name="cnnSLL" connectionString="Data Source=.\SQLEXPRESS;Initial Catalog=SLL;Integrated Security=True"/>

                <add name="cnnParadox" connectionString="Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Extended Properties=Paradox 5.x;Data Source=c:\LabData\KeyWin\;"/>

    I have also made sure the folder to the DB has permissions for ASP.NET.

    Not worked with Paradox but it looks okay. Maybe you can confirm it with this site

    Also now that its on a server, maybe try using ODBC, see if that makes a difference.

    Thanks for the comment, RR.  I've been to that site many times!

    However, I've been able to ascertain that the connection IS being made.  However, no results are being returned from the call to the DB.

    I'm thinking this may be a permissions issue.

    I'll research and perhaps re-issue the question of permissions in a different zone.

    Thanks for your help, RR.  The issue seems to be that no rows are being returned, rather than the connection.
