Did you check the last link and create the relevant LMHOST files?

    Accepted Solution

    Thanks experts for your support
The issue is resolved now. the network administrator found some wrong entries in the routing table due to which the  the querries were not routed properly. After fixing the entries the trust relationship was created successfully.
