Exchange 2003 acn activsync

Hello,

I have an exchange 2003 server (fully patched) and a cert from verisign. I want to setup users (who have iphones and smartphones) to use activesync. We access our mail server by going to https://mail.mycompany.com/exchange the cert is for mail.mycompany.com and passes the microsoft ssl chainsaver (no errors with the cert name). I get the error on the smart phone side activsync encountered a problem on the server support code 85010014.

Create a test account and use MS site for troubleshooting.
