Exchange 2003 acn activsync

I have an exchange 2003 server (fully patched) and a cert from verisign. I want to setup users (who have iphones and smartphones) to use activesync. We access our mail server by going to the cert is for and passes the microsoft ssl chainsaver (no errors with the cert name). I get the error on the smart phone side activsync encountered a problem on the server support code 85010014.

    Create a test account and use MS site for troubleshooting.
