I am using robo copy using the following syntax, for some reason it does not copy everything and somethings are copied as 0 file size ? Am I using the correct syntax ? All I would like to do is make an exact copy of a folder to another location.

C:\MY_TEST BACKUP_%filedate%\FileShare /E /V /TEE

    add this to your options:
    /R:5 /W:5 /ZB

It will allow for limited retries on locked files, but will give up after 5x5 seconds, and continue to copy.
