One PC with Outlook 2007 displays my custom form strangely

I wrote a custom Task form several years ago with Outlook 2003. It has worked fine for several Outlook 2007 users over the past year, also. I recently updated the design using Outlook 2007.

Yesterday I installed a new copy of Outlook 2007 on a new PC with Office 2007 Student Edition. My custom form displays strangely now. Some of the fields, especially near the bottom of the form don't display at all -- instead I have a blank screen background. Some of the fields are partially on top of other fields.

The first attachment is a screenshot of the form on my computer.
The second attachment is a screenshot of the form displayed on the computer with the problem.

I've got all the latest Microsoft Updates installed on all the computers.

Any ideas how to get this form to display properly?

In the attachments, the [Personal Interview] section in the middle of the faulty display of the custom form is supposed to be below the Comments/Summary field.
Try using the old form on this same computer, and see what it looks like.
I removed Outlook 2007 and installed Outlook 2003, which seems to be working fine. I think I'll leave it at that.
Here are example screen shots.

As it would turn out:
Not all 2003 custom Forms are 2007 compatible. (Probably Most of the are not)

Glad you found a solution that worked for you.
