Submittng multiple InfoPath forms into SharePoint Document Library

I have published a InfoPath form to a SharePoint Document Library, which currently only allows one submission of the form.  How do I set it up to be able to submitt multiple forms. (example, we created a new hire survey, multiple users will be filling out the form and submitting).

You need to set a naming convention in the submit mechanism of the form. This needs to be unique, otherwise it will overwrite the existing form. If you use say the date stamp and username of the person filling out the form, it will be unique.
Then the users need to select New in the form lib and they will be presented with a new form to fill out.
