Account reset for a xerox 2636

We have a Xerox 2636 printer that is requesting account details to make any changes from Centerware. We dont have the account details :(

Does anyone know of a way to reset the account without loosing other settings?

    The default user name is "admin" the password is "1111"

    If you have 5 failed attempts the machine will lock you out and you will be required to manually power the machine off then on before it will successfully allow you to log in.
