Outlook 2003 recurring meeting

I have a couple users who they are delegate for 3 or 4 managers and have editor access to their calendars.  Some times when they try to change one instance of a recurring meeting they would get messages like:
The function cannot be performed because the message has been change."  The update gets send out but the user calendar does not show the change and still shows the old meeting time.

    you may need to install sp3 for your pc in order to rid of error message
