I have a user who is running Outlook 2007. When she opens an email and goes to print it to the network printer nothing happens. I opened the network printer queue, and when I go to print the email, I watch it spool, print, and then disappear. At this point in time, a box pops up in the SysTray saying that the print job completed successfully, but their is no output to the printer. She can print the same email to her local printer. She can also print attachments to emails to the network printer. I need to find out where these print jobs are going. The network printer is a Xerox WorkCentre 5638 Copier that is installed and shared out from a standalone Server running SBS 2003 Standard Edition.
