Installed IE8, Vista gadgets background turned pink
I just installed IE8 on my Vista64 machine, and my sidebar gadgets now show up with a pink background color. Setting the DPI to 96 helps, but some gadgets are still in the wrong color.
I searched the web and found suggestions on re-registering some DLLs, but that didn't work.
Any ideas?

If no help, uninstall IE8 and perhaps reinstall?

Thanks jcimarron - saw those tips and they didn't work either.

rschaaf--Sounds similar to what I suggested "If no help, uninstall IE8 and perhaps reinstall?"

jcimarron - that suggestion is common on the web and does not work. Reinstalling IE8 brings back the problem. The original problem remains unsolved... installing IE8 causes the background of my sidebar gadgets to turn pink.
