WINS Service Fails to start.  Error 2.  Specified file cannot be found.

I attached the error in a word doc here hoping someone might know whats up with this crazy error.

Hi,
remove WINS, and reinstall.  

Start, control panel, add remove programs, windows components, networking services , wins

uncheck the box and "OK" your way out to remove.

Reverse steps to reinstall.
