We are running Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and recently we been getting calls from our users stating that they cannot print. After some trouble shooting I noticed that the local default printer is not in the printers list and instead there's is only a Webex printer. We I checked the server I am able to locate what is called Webex document loader. I check its queue and there's usaully about 15 print jobs running. Once I kill the jobs I have the user log out and log back in to Citrix they are able to print again.

Any suggestions.

That appears that someone either ran or attended a webex meeting inside of the citrix session.  I would uninstall that printer/loader if it is on the citrix server.

Also it could be that a number of users attended a webex meeting outside of citrix on their client PC and when they attended the webex printer became their default on their client, and then when they login to citrix they are get this virtual printer as their default printer in citrix.  If that is the case have them uninstall (or at least make it so it is not the default printer) on their client PC.
