Hello,<br />
We are running Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and recently we been getting calls from our users stating that they cannot print. After some trouble shooting I noticed that the local default printer is not in the printers list and instead there's is only a Webex printer. We I checked the server I am able to locate what is called Webex document loader. I check its queue and there's usaully about 15 print jobs running. Once I kill the jobs I have the user log out and log back in to Citrix they are able to print again.<br />
