Watchguard x550e - blocking email and checking logs

Hi everyone - our IP address keeps blacklisted. I am sure the server is not relaying and protected against an NDR attack. The only other option is there is a computer on the network that is sending out spam email.
We have a watchguard x550e firebox running firmware version 8.3
How do I configure the firebox to allow the mail server to send outgoing email?
And second, how do I check the logs or use the monitoring software to see all internal ip addresses that are sending outbound email so I can see if it is in fact another computer on the network?
