Watchguard x550e - blocking email and checking logs

Hi everyone - our IP address keeps blacklisted. I am sure the server is not relaying and protected against an NDR attack. The only other option is there is a computer on the network that is sending out spam email.

We have a watchguard x550e firebox running firmware version 8.3

How do I configure the firebox to allow the mail server to send outgoing email?

And second, how do I check the logs or use the monitoring software to see all internal ip addresses that are sending outbound email so I can see if it is in fact another computer on the network?

I am assuming that you are running version 8.x or higher, add one more SMTP Service and configure as below:
From: internal-ip-of-server; to ANY

This would ensure that only the server can send outbound traffic.
