Self Cert equivalent under Vista?

My VBA macros run in Outlook 2003 under XP Pro after running Selfcert.exe.  I've changed to a Vista machine and now get message "The macros in this project are disabled...."
I need step by step instructions of how to self cert the macros.

Check tools | trust centre | macro security and the selections there.

Thereafter you should be able to sign macros using the certificate which you can generate at

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\SELFCERT.EXE
