My client does not like the default font used in the Contact form notes section.  I know how to get into forms design mode to customize the form, but cannot figure out how to change the default form.  When I right click in the notes section and select properties, the font option is grayed out.  So, what does one do to change the notes section default font on the contact form?

    Accepted Solution

This Notes Text box is not only used in Contacts but throughout Outlook including but not limited to New Mail, Notes, Journals, ect ect

Changing the default font for this field would essentially be changing it in all the other areas its used as well.

I believe for this reason the font, for this text field, cannot be changed.
