HTML Anchor doesn't seem to be working

Hi EE,

I'm really going crazy here on something so stupid...

Please help me see the invisible that I'm missing.

On my page:, I am using the following anchor: <a name="mozy-free"></a>

I have launched from several places with this code:
<a href="">TEXT WENT HERE</a>

Am I crazy or just sloppy?

    is working on both iexplore and mozilla... I've tried

    don't put the whole url... just put href="#mozy-free"......
