windows 2003 and windows 2000 server in same environment

I have two servers running windows 2000 Server.  I need to install 2003 server in the same environment.  Can I have a mixed environment?  Anything wrong with this?  Anything I should be aware of?

Can I have 2000 and 2008 in the same environment?

Yes, this is not a problem.  The only issues would be if you wanted a 2000 DC in an environment where you had already changed the domain functional level to 2003 (for example).  Otherwise, it's not a problem.  (Note, some systems may require one operating system over another - for example, you may NEED 2003 server if you want to run Exchange 2007 as Server 2000 does not support Exchange 2007 for some obvious reasons).
