How to make Wireless Card connect automatically at windows startup?

Hello everyone,

I'm using a laptop - Acer TravelMate 3270 - with Win Vista Enterprise and Intel Wireless card. All drivers were setted up correctly and working perfectly. But when windows startup, wireless card don't connect to wifi automatically, I have to press the button on laptop to turn it on although I have never turned it off.

Please help me. I want the wireless card auto connect when windows startup without pressing the button once more time.

Thank you.

Did the Acer come with any WIFI connection utilities or anything? If so, uninstall them, and just use Vista's ability to connect. Also, in the Device Manager, right click your WIFI adapter, and select Properties>Advanced Tab, and drop all Power Saving options down to minimal, so that way it will not try and save power. There might be an additional option in the advanced properties to look for, but that depends on the mfgr of the WIFI adapter itself.....

Whose it made by?
Install the full intel driver set. You might need to get it directly from intel's site. It has an option to have it auto log into the wifi before you log into windows.
